Co-Founder/Co-Owner

Summer has been assisting individuals with developmental disabilities since 2011 and applying the principles of behavior analysis to increase socially significant outcomes in children since 2017.

She received a Master of Education in Foundations in Behavior Analysis (2017) from the University of Cincinnati and her supervision hours from Behavior Management Consultants (BMC) (2019).

Summer has extensively studied Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is part of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science and a part of a peer consultation group researching and sharing best practices for the DNA-V model for adolescents.

Summer has worked in home-based, community settings, schools, and outpatient clinics providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Her experience in working in/with a wide variety of settings and needs has inspired her to seek out interventions that provide client dignity, safety, self-advocacy, and individualized communication.

She is dedicated to building the skills needed to reduce behaviors of concern, meet the child where they are at and extend meaningful repertoires long-term.
